Personal development review - All our people
should be clear about the level of competences and behaviours
expected of them and how well their performance matches these
expectations. Managers and staff are encouraged to give and receive
feedback during their annual personal development review and
discuss career aspirations and personal development programme.
Staff satisfaction surveys - Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services also obtains feedback from employees through its annual employee survey.
Diversity - We aim to bring together a workforce as diverse as the communities we serve. For us, diversity is not about ticking off a list of criteria such as gender, age or religion.
