Community

School Visit

We are delighted that our employees are keen supporters of our community programmes.

Our policy is to align our community involvement with our core business activities; seeking where possible to integrate added value community benefits into our service.

We engage with local communities to make a positive, sustainable impact in areas in which we work - such as direct employment.

Last year, our partnership with Construction Youth Trust enabled seven women to spend two weeks with Westminster TranServ as highways and public lighting apprentices, helping raise the profile of women in our industry.

We support local youth sports teams across the country and develop relationships with universities to promote the range of careers within Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services.

We also actively engage residents on particular schemes and campaigns such as road safety.
