Our belief in our people can be seen in our daily lives at Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services. We aim to provide a safe and supportive working environment for every employee, we seek their views, opinions and suggestions about how we run our business and we recognise their contribution.

Our annual ‘Employee Awards’ provide our people with the chance to nominate members of their team who go that extra mile in their work.

We publish staff newsletters and magazines to keep all our people up-to-date with business news. Staff briefings and Communications Days provide an opportunity for discussion, bonding and regular meetings with senior directors from the Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services Group.

Our Suggestion Scheme offers rewards for ideas and an annual internal assessment (Business Excellence through Active Learning) gives everyone the opportunity to express their personal opinions on every aspect of our business.
