Design Engineer [I0708]

We are looking to recruit an experienced designer to be responsible for the production and design of street lighting layouts including the electrical installation. This role will involve site supervision, surveys and specifications. You will be required to carry out assessments of existing lighting projects and designs of new and improved lighting and electrical installations.

You'll be a self-motivator who can make decisions under pressure and rise to the challenge of this demanding yet exciting role.

With a relevant Electrical Engineering qualification (or equivalent) and a member of the Institution of Lighting Engineers you will have experience of both lighting design software and a working knowledge of CAD.

A current UK driving licence is essential for this role as travel to sites is a requirement of the position.
